Job description:
1. Create a Service Order and assign the SO Number to ISPA (Integrated Selling Process Approval)
2. Make Good Receipt, Request Purchase Order
3. Create DN
4. Update SOA, Customer Deposit (CD), Unearned, and AMS Status
5. Maintain Billing Monitor
6. Create and Maintain Target Billing
7. Maintain IPM for every License Purchase and Maintenance
8. Create and Maintain Monthly Forecast and Weekly Forecast
9. Scan the contract and upload it to the systemJob summary
Kualifikasi
Qualification:
1. Minimum education D3 or equivalent
2. Minimum 1-2 years experience as a sales admin
3. Have the ability to operate Ms Office preferably Excel and Word
4. Having good communication skills
5. Having the ability to speak English both verbally and in writing is a plus
