Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Assist sales team in post-sales process
- Track campaign timelines, deliverables, and ensure post-sale execution requirements are met
- Coordinate with internal departments (ad ops, creative, finance) to fulfill client requests and ensure smooth campaign delivery
- Handle client documentation such as insertion orders (IOs), agreements, and media bookings
- Support with client onboarding and data entry into systems
- Liaise with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely invoicing
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in administrative or sales support roles (experience in media, advertising, or digital industry preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, or proprietary tools
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented and able to work under tight deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field
Technical Skills
- Google Sheets / Excel (advanced level) – for managing sales trackers, pivot tables, data validation, and formulas
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) – for reports, presentations, and client documents
- Email management tools – for structured communication and follow-ups
