Input customer and sales data in CRM, gather documents from internal teams (e.g., Account Manager, Presales, Procurement) for sales registration, pipeline meetings, audits, and billing status updates.
Collect and verify data related to rebates, incentives, and partner portal registrations to ensure accurate submissions.
Work cooperatively with the team to achieve targets, take initiative on new tasks, and go the extra mile to address challenges and improve outcomes.

Bachelor's degree from any major, with min. GPA of 3.0
Having 2 years of working experience as a Sales Admin will be a plus
Familiar with IT Industry, passionate and interested in Sales and Achieving Sales Target.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good time management and detail-oriented as well as a good team player.
Fluent in English
Willing to be placed in Karawaci Tangerang or South Jakarta
