- Merancang strategi akuisisi reseller
- Melakukan kanvasing untuk mengakuisisi reseller untuk menjual kategori product kecantikan dan fashion (Make-up, Kosmetik, Skincare, Haircare, Aksesoris tubuh, Pakaian)
- Memberdayakan komunitas reseller untuk tumbuh dan belajar agar mendapatkan penghasilan maksimal melalui Evermos
Kualifikasi
- Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 2 tahun sebagai sales akuisisi (hunter) reseller (toko maupun perorangan) dan manajemen komunitas reseller
- Berpengalaman coverage area Jabodetabek (Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi)
- Memiliki jaringan yang luas di UMKM, Kampus, PKK, dan Komunitas lainnya yang memiliki minat atau pengalaman dalam penjualan kategori produk Beauty & Fashion
- Memiliki keterampilan komunikasi yang baik, skill sales yang baik, target oriented, building sales networks, building sales teams, orientasi ke pelanggan, berpikir kreatif dan strategis
- Bersedia bekerja kanvasing ke tempat pelanggan secara langsung (offline / door to door)
