Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Act as a Brand Lead, ensuring consistency in messaging, visuals, and positioning across all touchpoints.
- Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align brand and sales strategy.
- Analyze brand positioning, consumer insights and sales performance.
- Develop product marketing strategies aligned with brand identity, product lifecycle stages, and impactful marketing activities.
- Lead creative development to attract target market interest.
- Expand sales distribution channels & Initiate promotional and CRM program along with relevant team (marketing, sales, finance, accounting, warehouse, logistic).
- Oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer acquisition.
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs - Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities.
- Identify and implement growth opportunities in digital marketing and e-commerce to scale the brand’s online presence.
Kualifikasi
- Min. Bachelor degree.
- Min. 2 years of experience in brand management, sales & marketing from beauty / fashion industry.
- Strong analytical mindset, with proficiency in data literacy, market research, and digital marketing strategies.
- Proven experience in leading and managing teams, with strong stakeholder coordination skills.
- Good team player and agile person to catch up with fast pace & dynamic environment.
