Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Creating business intelligence analytics dashboards to support digital development in the organization.
- Work with the team to meet the needs of various business stakeholders in data analysis and present it in the form of visual dashboards, batch, or streaming data feeds.
- Support user operations by fulfilling ad hoc requests.
- Collaborate with data engineers and data scientists.
- Work together with other data analysts related to the business.
- Understand data governance according to regulations when sharing data within the ecosystem, including data access policies, consistency of business metric definitions, and data collection & storage.
- Provide tools to make information more accessible.
- Conduct training and develop the skills of non-BI teams related to data dashboard development and usage.
Kualifikasi
General Requirements:
- Minimum education: Bachelor's degree (S1)
- Experience in Business Intelligence
- At least 3 years of experience in data management
Skills & Knowledge
- Knowledge of risk management principles and practices
- Extensive experience with SQL, Python, Tableau, Metabase, Power BI, or similar tools
- Experience in implementing Airflow
- Ability to create business narratives from data analysis and deliver actionable insights
- Understanding of how to effectively communicate complex information
- Capability to code information
- Technical knowledge of customer segmentation, model development, portfolio analytics, and data mining development & application
