We are hiring: Risk & AR Associate/Manager
The Risk & AR Associate/Manager will provide vital support to help shape the financial and operational infrastructure behind our B2B credit in Indonesia's complex retail and distribution networks.
The position will also play a key role in the intersection of collections, risk, credit, underwriting, and account receivables (AR) operations to support Baskit's growth.
This role will manage credit and collection in high volume B2B environment. The position needs to understand supply chain dynamics as well as bring sound judgment in assessing and managing commercial risk.
The ideal candidate is someone who has relationships with external collectors and relevant stakeholder (police, court, lawyers, etc.).
This role can be an associate or manager level, based on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Execute end-to-end collections and AR processes across brands and distributors as well as implement credit policies tailored to high-growth and medium-risk partners.
- Monitor and underwrite distributor creditworthiness using both traditional and alternative data as well as create real-time dashboards and reporting for exposure and delinquencies.
- Manage and optimize repayment plans as well as restructuring strategies.
- Work closely with commercial and operations teams to align incentives and reduce friction in collections.
- Partner with tech to digitize and automate as well as engage external collection ecosystem.
- Support risk management and internal controls related to distributor financing.
- Engage directly with brands and distributors to resolve escalations and disputes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- 5+ years of experience in AR, credit, or collections management, ideally in FMCG, distribution, fintech, or B2B.
- Familiarity with credit underwriting for SMEs or supply chain finance models.
- Proven ability to balance relationship-building with financial discipline.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong network and understanding of the FMCG ecosystem in Indonesia.
- Proven track record of financial and operational infrastructure.
- Ability to work independently and drive initiatives.
- Native fluency in Bahasa, fluent in English.
