Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- To run and delivercustomer-centricservice in retail outlet
- Implement standardized guidelines, procedures and monitor store performance.
- Responsible for sales target by month and driven by selling incentive
- Undertakes any assignment/special project as determined by the Retail Manager
- Maintain retail outlet Cash shipment data
- Coordinate and consolidate data between retail outlet to country office
- Track store performance through a store scorecard sheet.
- Implement store hours
- Be committed tointegrity, persistence, and a “people-first” attitude
Kualifikasi
- Minimal Bachelor's Degree, any field.
- Have passion and experience in Sales
- Having experience as a sales person will be an advantage
- Good in Bahasa & English Communication Skill
- Well-groomed and well-mannered
- Willing to be placed anywhere in Jabodetabek area
