Job Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning
- Participate in formulating the long-term strategic plan for the expansion and operation of the Indonesia experience stores. Based on the overall development goals, develop the annual expansion and operation plan to ensure that the experience store business is in line.
- Site Selection and Expansion
- Search for potential locations for opening experience stores, evaluate the feasibility of commercial areas, including rental costs, foot traffic, surrounding facilities, etc. Complete site-selection negotiations, contract signing, and other work to ensure the smooth implementation of expansion projects.
- Experience Store Operations Management
- Establish and improve the operation standards and processes of experience stores, including personnel management, product display, customer service, inventory management, etc. Monitor the daily operations of experience stores, regularly analyze operation data, and improve operational efficiency and performance.
Kualifikasi
Job Requirements:
- Educational Background
- A bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for relevant majors such as marketing, business administration, and retail management.
- Work Experience
- More than 5 years of work experience in retail, experience store operations, or related fields. Those with successful experience in store expansion cases are preferred.
- Competencies
- Have a strong sense of responsibility and execution ability, good communication, coordination, and adaptability, and be able to adapt to high-intensity work and business trips.
