The Offline/Retail Manager will lead our offline initiative, overseeing all aspects of retail operations, including P&L management, store/market concept development, and execution. This role is pivotal in ensuring our stores deliver an outstanding customer experience, achieve financial targets, and maintain operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the retail team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • P&L Management: Oversee the Profit and Loss (P&L) statements for all retail locations, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
  • Store Concept Development: Lead the development and execution of offline market concepts that enhance the customer shopping experience and drive sales growth.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure operational standards are met across all retail locations, including inventory management, merchandising, and customer service.
  • Team Development: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing offline team, promoting a positive and hard working environment.
  • Customer Experience: Champion initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, utilizing customer feedback to inform strategies.
  • Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences to inform business decisions and strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including marketing, supply chain, and finance, to align retail strategies with overall business goals

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • Have experienced in offline, events management, or retail experience (3-5 Years)
  • Have experienced in the same position for 1-2 years
  • Strong analytical, organizational and problem solving skills
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment; flexible to changing priorities
  • Detail-oriented, organized and self-motivated
  • Target oriented, services excellent, hard worker and ready to work under pressure.
  • Ability to identify potential problems
