- Greeting and Assisting Visitors
- Member Registration and Renewal
- Communication and Customer Service
- Administrative and Schedule Management
- Maintaining Cleanliness of the Reception Area
- Handling Member Complaints and Issues
Kualifikasi
- Preferred: Experience in the Hospitality industry / Sales Counter / Airline/Flight Attendant / Entertainment
- Experience in Customer Service/Receptionist roles is a plus
- Ideal candidate should be well-groomed, clean, organized, and in good health, with strong communication skills
- Proficiency in English is highly preferred
- Willingness to be assigned to any FTL GYM outlet in the JADETABEK area
