About Us: Edu Farmers International (EFI)
EFI was founded in March 2015 by PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia, Tbk and since April 2021 has transformed by positioning itself as an independent foundation that focuses on Mobilizing Indonesia's next generation to advance Indonesian agriculture with two main objectives: (1) farmers learn, innovate and adopting better agricultural management practices, supported by access to capital and (2) young people and experts working together with farmers to increase agricultural productivity.
As part of this organizational evolution, Edu Farmers is looking for committed and resourceful individuals who are passionate about agricultural development, organizational development, and building commercial partnership.
Main Responsibilities
- Conduct research on a variety of agricultural topics, such as crop yields, pest and disease control, soil health, and water management.
- Design and implement research experiments, collect data, and analyze results.
- Collaborate with other scientists, engineers, and extension agents to develop and implement practical solutions for farmers.
- Write research reports and scientific papers for publication.
- Communicate research findings to farmers, policymakers, and the general public.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest scientific advances in agriculture.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in agriculture (Agronomy or Crops Protection).
- Master's degree are welcome to apply
- Strong research skills, including experience in designing and conducting experiments, collecting and analyzing data, and writing scientific reports.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Placement: Klaten, Jawa Tengah
