Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Handling Cosmetic Product Development projects, both for new product development and the improvement of existing products
- Prepare all SOP documents required by BPOM and process BPOM registration for products
- Conducting competitor product analysis, market research, panel tests, and Focus Group Discussions (FGD)
- Creating cosmetic product concepts for formulation development by the R&D team
- Evaluating the quality of newly developed products
- Coordinating and collaborating with the Marketing & R&D teams to meet project development targets
- Compiling periodic reports on product development
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy
- Must have an active certificate of STRA (Surat Tanda Registrasi Apoteker)
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in cosmetic product development (skincare, hair care, body care, makeup)
- Understanding the stages of the cosmetic product development process and familiarity with competitor product analysis, market research.
- Experienced with BPOM cosmetic registration, product registration, etc
- Passionate, aware, and up-to-date with developments in cosmetic products
- Knowledgeable in identifying cosmetic product formulations (product types, texture, in-use feel, after-feel, etc.) and evaluating product effectiveness
- Creative with a systematic and results-oriented approach
- Able to collaborate with the R&D and marketing teams
- Excellent communication skills (Indonesian & English)
