- Drive innovative research initiatives focused on cutting-edge technology, cost-saving solutions, and alternative material sourcing.
- Craft and enhance product formulations for both new and established products, ensuring quality and innovation.
- Develop analytical methods through stability testing and scale-up sample analysis.
- Design consumer-centric product packaging that meets regulatory standards and aligns with market preferences.
Kualifikasi
- Graduate from professional degree in Apothecary or a Bachelor's degree in Food Technology.
- A solid background in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry or a comparable field.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new materials and processes rapidly.
- Creative and innovative mindset.
- Willing to be located in Cikarang Pusat or Jakarta Timur.
