Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Research, formulate, and develop new haircare products (shampoo, conditioner, serum, etc.) in line with market trends and brand positioning.
Evaluate and improve existing product formulas for efficacy, stability, safety, and cost-efficiency.
Collaborate with marketing, production, and regulatory teams to ensure formulations meet aesthetic, performance, and legal requirements.
Conduct laboratory trials, stability tests, and scale-up processes from lab to production.
Maintain comprehensive documentation for product development, testing protocols, and technical data.
Liaise with suppliers for raw material sourcing and evaluate ingredient quality and suitability.
Stay updated with cosmetic science trends, raw material innovations, and regulatory changes (e.g., BPOM compliance).
Ensure timely delivery of R&D projects based on product launch timelines.
Anticipate in problem solving matters especially on quality of the products

Kualifikasi

Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in R&D for cosmetic/personal care products.
Strong knowledge of haircare ingredients and cosmetic formulation principles.
Experience with BPOM registration and cosmetic product documentation is a plus.
Familiar with lab equipment, stability testing, and GMP practices.
Analytical, detail-oriented, and organized.
Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
