Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Conduct laboratory experiments in accordance with GLP to support the development and improvement of molecular diagnostics products.
Work closely with Scientist to plan and execute laboratory experiments to support the development and improvement of molecular diagnostics products.
Perform data collection, analysis, documentation, and organization of experimental results.
Assist in maintaining laboratory cleanliness, organization, and inventory.
Maintain accurate records of experimental procedures, results, and analyses following established protocols and guidelines.
Contribute to the preparation of technical reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external audience.
Ensure that laboratory instruments are in good working order according to the department’s SOP.
Adhere to safety guidelines and ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Kualifikasi

Bachelor’s degree in Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or related field. Final year students and recent graduates are also welcome to apply.
Hands-on experience in qPCR or similar analytical molecular biology techniques.
Experience with assay design, development, optimization, or validation is highly desirable.
Basic understanding of molecular biology techniques and laboratory practices.
Familiarity with laboratory equipment and instrumentation used in molecular biology research.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
Able to work independently, multitask, and prioritized effectively in a fast-paced research environment.
Prior experience in a biotechnology or diagnostics company is advantageous.
