Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Prepare accurate and timely monthly financial statements.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
  • Manage the consolidation process for the organization, including the aggregation of financial data from multiple entities.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of consolidated financial reports.
  • Work closely with external auditors to facilitate the audit process.
  • Provide necessary documentation and support for audit inquiries.
  • Address audit findings and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Stay updated on changes in IFRS, Indonesian accounting policies, and other related accounting regulations.
  • Ensure the company's financial practices align with regulatory requirements.
  • Knowledge of tax regulations relevant to the company's operations and Singapore accounting regulations is a plus.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA) is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Financial Reporting or Consolidation Manager. Minimum of 5 years' experience in accounting & financial reporting and have working experience as reporting consolidation.
  • In-depth knowledge of IFRS and Indonesian accounting policies.
  • Familiarity with Singapore's accounting regulations and taxation is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
