About the Department

The Retail function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.

Personal Financial Services

We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.

Job Description

  • Ensuring achievement individual target of the products NTB, Funding (CASA & FD), Deposit Mix, Insurance (APE) & Wealth Revenue.
  • Have a daily sales plan in two way.
  • Participate in Start of The Day (SOD) & End of The Day debriefing (EOD) daily carried out by BM / Funding Team Head.
  • Ensure sales practices comply with standard operating procedures (SOP), Service Level Agreement (SLA), and any applicable regulations.
  • Ensure the Customer Due Diligence (CDD) process to the customer comply with the APU-PPT Policy.

Kualifikasi

Qualifications:

  • At least Bachelor Degree from reputable university.
  • Have work experience in sales for Banking Industry
  • Have Passion and interest to selling various Bank's products.
  • Have highly initiative, strong analytical thinking, good persuasiveness and resilient (target driven).
  • Strong Communication, Interpersonal and selling skills
  • Good networking skills in formal and non-formal organizations with various level of correspondence.
