Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  1. Identify and acquire new potential lenders
  2. Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing lenders
  3. Manage lender portfolios and support account-related needs
  4. Assist with lender onboarding, inquiries, and product information
  5. Develop new funding opportunities through networking, referrals, and relationship building
  6. Proactively grow fresh funding and individual lender portfolios
  7. Achieve assigned funding and revenue targets
  8. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth lender experience
  9. Maintain strong engagement with clients through regular follow-up, meetings, and relationship management

Kualifikasi

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in any major with 1–2 years of experience in banking, P2P lending, fintech, wealth management, or financial services.
  2. Exposure to funding, investment products, priority banking, wealth management, or relationship management.
  3. Strong communication, sales, presentation, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
  4. Proven ability in client acquisition, networking, referrals, community engagement, or self-acquisition, with confidence in working toward individual business targets.
  5. An existing lender/client network or funding portfolio is highly valued
  6. candidates who can join ASAP are preferred.
