Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsible for driving top and bottom line growth for respective Morula branch clinic, ensuring that sales and marketing program and execution for the Morula clinic is aligned with the national strategies and policy.
- Responsibles for ensuring smooth operation of respective Morula branch clinic and managing day to day operation.
- Execute the strategic direction of the Morula clinic in coordination with the corporate functional team.
- Lead and manage the team, including but not limited to (promotion, SBO, Operation Manager, GA, Finance, and human capital), liaise and collaborate with stakeholders
- Lead / coach the branch team to develop their capabilty to build a high performing branch.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years of relevant middle managerial experience within the hospital /clinic industry.
- Expertise in operation management, customer service management, Indonesian Hospital government regulation and accreditation requirements.
- Strong business acumen, strategy thinking, and driving changes.
- Strong leadership, decision making, and developing others.
- Fluency in English.
