Deskripsi Pekerjaan
1. Lead and oversee all sales operations and business activities within the assigned region to ensure achievement of sales targets and brand growth.
2. Develop and execute regional sales strategies based on market insights and aligned with national objectives.
3. Manage and coach the regional sales team and beauty advisors (BA/BCs), including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and development.
4. Build and maintain strong business relationships with distributors, retail partners, resellers, and local key accounts.
5. Collaborate with the central marketing team to roll out local campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities tailored to regional market characteristics.
6. Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for regional business development.
7. Oversee product availability and merchandising execution in stores to ensure adherence to brand standards.
8. Provide regular reports on sales performance, market challenges, and actionable recommendations to top management.
Kualifikasi
1. Bachelor's degree (S1) in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in the skincare, cosmetics, or FMCG industry, with at least 2 years in a Regional or Area Manager role.
3. Proven experience in managing regional sales teams and beauty advisors.
4. Strong understanding of the distribution structure and market dynamics in the beauty industry, across both offline (retail/traditional/modern trade) and online channels.
5. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
6. Target-oriented, able to work under pressure with a strategic mindset.
7. Proficient in sales performance analysis and market trend evaluation.
8. Willing to travel frequently across the assigned region.
9. Having an established network with local beauty distributors or cosmetic retailers is a strong plus.
