Commercial Productivity Reporting and Analysis.

1. To identify opportunity to improve KAM Productivity through analyzing various Productivity metrics like ROI, Seller Coverage, Turn over and revenue per PIC through trend and benchmark across country x segment or BU

2. To evaluate KPI metric performance and its effectiveness trough KPI analysis and recommend next steps.

3. To build QTD performance report and analysis related to KAM KPIs to identify performance gap vs target and Best in class performance that drive timely action within quarter.

4. To identify key reporting / monitoring needs across operation to monitor Performance or efficiency of Commercial team operation such as Campaign, MS, Assortment and Channel operation and capability using various business reporting tools like FBI, WS, MS Office etc.

KAM Incentive (QGR) Operation.

1. To drive QGR operational Discipline to deliver timely communication, KPI and Cohort set up, and target setting if needed and pay out.

2. Maintain robust document/data repository of QGR SOP and Communication

Kualifikasi

1. 2-3years of E-Commerce Market Place experience in commercial operation, seller operation, business analytics. Seller Facing role (KAM/BD) experience is a big plus

2. Language : English : Business English proficiency is a must and 1

3. Specific Skills : Data analytics (Advanced MS Excel, SQL/Phyton programming)

4. Proven experience in Data/insight work including visualization and group presentation.
