About the role

We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer with a strong focus on design and marketing to join our dynamic team. As an Regional Graphic Designer you will be working with the Marketing team and play a crucial role in produce design solutions to make Igloo become the future of insurance. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Implement design strategies and produce design solutions with concept / brand consistency.
  • Be part of end to end process of design thinking through concept to crafting idea through visual production
  • Craft various design deliverables (including, but not limited to brochures, social media posts, PowerPoint templates) that effectively communicate our brand and marketing message
  • Convert long-form (written) content into digestible visual formats (infographics, EDM, social media carousel, etc.) while taking direction from the marketing team
  • Support the execution of our visual communication strategy to clearly articulate and support the Igloo brand


Job Requirements 

  • Possess strong design sense for both digital channels and print layouts
  • Ability to distil marketing/design briefs will be key as you will be the sole designer supporting a team of marketers
  • A portfolio that demonstrates a mastery of design fundamentals: layout, typography, colour and composition
  • You must be able to effectively manage multiple projects and timelines from end to end independently
  • Strong technical abilities in digital visual communication, from print (brochures/standees/point of sales materials) to digital (eDM, banners) to web (website and app)
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator) related software
  • Background in Art/Design/Creative/Multimedia or equivalent
  • More than 5 years of experience as a graphic designer (preferably from e-commerce/technology industry)
  • Only candidates with their portfolios attached will be considered


  • Video editing and storyboarding skills are a big plus. Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects or other video editing software
  • Experience with graphic, website and interactive design as well as responsive design for devices a plus
  • Skills in web development and knowledge of Content Management Systems like Wordpress, HTML5 and CSS a plus
  • Ability to create, and maintain design systems for marketing assets (including, but not limited to Igloos corporate websites)

Who you will work with

  • Regional marketing team (Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam)
  • You will be based in Indonesia but reporting to the Singapore/regional team
