Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate management.
Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and the specific requirements of open positions.
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies utilizing various channels (Job Portals, References, Community) to identify a diverse pool of qualified candidates and maintain strong relationships with both active and passive candidates
Conduct thorough assessments of candidates' qualifications and cultural fit through resume reviews, interviews, and other techniques.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data within the our Database

Kualifikasi

A minimum of 2 years as Recruiter or Talent Acquisitions, preferably from retail
Proven expertise in managing full lifecycle recruitment and a team
Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent data management and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with ATS and HR databases is a plus
Available to WFO with contract based arrangement
