Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Responsible for the end to end recruitment process
Identifying employee needs, interacting and strategizing recruitment needs in alignment with users/managers to comprehend specific team or department needs
Collaborate with users/managers to select the most qualified candidates
Create & publish job vacancies on job portals and social media
Develop recruitment strategy to fulfill manpower requirement based on the supply / demand position
Source potential candidates through various channels: including job portals, social media and networking
Screen resumes and applications to identify the most suitable candidates

Kualifikasi

Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with minimum GPA of 3.00
Familiar with psychological tools : DISC, PAPI KOSTICK, IQ TEST, EQ TEST
Have related experience in full cycle recruiting minimum 2 - 3 years
Able to work in a fast-paced enviroment and manage multiple priorities
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
High level of discretion and confidentiality
Placement at South Jakarta
