Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manage End-to-End recruitment process
- Collaborate with hiring manager to understand their requirements on across different level hiring
- Maintain contact with potential candidates during the recruitment cycle
- Ability to screen and evaluate candidates resume and CV using database, job portal, recruitment channels to find potential candidates
- Organize assessment, interview, reference check, and offering candidates
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology with minimum IPK of 3.00
- Familiar with psychological tools (Psikotes)
- Open for fresh graduated
- Have experience as internship in recruitment min. 6 months
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill to effectively communicate with hiring managers and engage with potential candidate
- Ready to work in our Head Office at Central Jakarta

Maybank Indonesia Finance shareholders are PT Bank Maybank Indonesia, Tbk (99.99%) and Maybank Worker’s Cooperatives (0.01%).
In line with the change in the Company’s controlling shareholder’s name, from PT Bank Internasional Indonesia Tbk to PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk., as the subsidiary of PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk., the Company also changed its name from PT BII Finance Center to PT Maybank Indonesia Finance.
