Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Manage high-volume recruitment for outsourced daily workers from sourcing to onboarding
Execute fast-track hiring strategies using job portals, referrals, and communities
Screen and interview candidates to match role requirements and client needs
Maintain organized candidate data and ensure prompt follow-up at all stages
Coordinate with operations and client teams to fulfill staffing requests efficiently
Support administrative hiring tasks including document collection and contract issuance

Kualifikasi

1-2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in outsourcing or high-volume hiring
Able to manage full-cycle recruitment under tight timelines
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate across diverse candidate groups
Organized, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple priorities
Familiar with recruitment databases
Understanding of labor regulations for daily workers is a plus
