Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Conduct recruitment and selection process, including candidate sourcing, psychological testing, and skills assessments.
- Evaluate the use and effectiveness of psychometric testing tools.
- Conduct research to compare compensation and benefits against HR competencies.
- Prepare monthly reports on the progress of new employee onboarding.
- Assess the effectiveness of job portal applications.
- Negotiate salary packages with candidate
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment.
- Knowledge of testing tools and scoring methods.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze recruitment data to make informed decisions regarding selection and hiring processes.
- Ability to build and maintain good relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
