Job Description:
- Screen CVs and select candidates according to the required qualifications
- Conduct and ensure the recruitment process (interviews, scheduling interviews with users, reference checks) is carried out according to company policies
- Ensure the accuracy of recruitment targets set by the company
- Conduct interviews based on required qualifications
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to sending offer letters
- Post and update all recruitment needs across all job portals and social media platforms
- Prepare daily recruitment reports
Kualifikasi
Qualifications:
- Maximum age: 27 years old
- Maximum education: Bachelor’s degree (preferably from a reputable Psychology program in Indonesia)
- Proficient in English (active usage)
- Good communication skills
- Able to work under pressure
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the same field
- Skilled in recruitment through all social media platforms
- Experienced in handling recruitment processes for all job levels
- Independent, detail-oriented, punctual in completing tasks, disciplined, and responsible
