Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Responsible for MPP and replacement fulfillment, including sourcing the right (at least 80% suitable) candidate for each vacant position
Delivering the initial interview result & proposing the candidates to users
Handle end to end recruitment process
Making salary proposal to be proposed to HR Director
Finalizing the recruitment process: signing agreement, submitting the signed agreement, and onboarding process
Discussing with the users if there’s any requirements that not explained enough on request form
Recruiting based on annual manpower plan and SLA
Reporting recruitment weekly progress
Posting job vacancies through social media and job portals

Kualifikasi

Min. 2-3 years of work experience in talent acquisition or similar roles
Experience in healthcare industry is more preferable
Having experience at Insurance Company or related field is a must
Used to handle end to end recruitment process
Familiarity with social media, C.V. databases, and professional networks
Familiar with Microsoft Office & Google Workspace
Having attractive personality and excellent communication skill.
Having keen-to-learn personality - not only recruitment matters but also general human resource matters.
Able to work immediately
