- Coordinating with hiring managers and maintaining records in an Applicant Tracking System.
- Promoting the company's employer brand and improving recruitment strategies.
- Manage end to end recruitment processs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor degree of Psychology or Management, GPA Min. 3.00
- Experienced in related function (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Willing to be placed outside Jakarta
- Able to report and analyze recruitment dashboard
