Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment solutions
- Ensure recruitment targets are achieved within the required timeline
- Analyze recruitment data and continuously improve hiring processes
- Support HR initiatives related to talent acquisition and workforce planning
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Recruitment, HRBP, or General HR, with at least 1 year of team management experience
- Fluent in Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia, and English (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to recruit mid-to-senior level and hard-to-fill positions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment data and improve hiring strategies
