Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Support the full recruitment lifecycle, especially from initial sourcing and interviews.
Assist in identifying and assessing potential candidates.
Coordinate interview schedules and manage candidate communications.
Maintain accurate candidate records and assessment results.
Contribute to ensuring a professional and positive candidate experience.

Kualifikasi

Fresh graduate in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
Must have graduated and obtained Surat Keterangan Lulus (SKL)/diploma.
Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Willingness to learn professional communication and organizational skills.
Basic proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
Proactive, team-player and able to thrive in highly productive environment.
Available to join ASAP and fully WFO at Tanah Abang, Central Jakarta
