Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  1. Coordinates to user regarding job requirements and recruitment updates;
  2. Manage recruitment report;
  3. Conduct test to candidates;
  4. Arranging and scheduling interviews and other recruitment activities;
  5. Follow up candidates;
  6. Using data and analysis to measure the success of hiring efforts and find areas that need improvement.

Kualifikasi

  1. Major Psychology;
  2. Having hunter mentality;
  3. Good communication and presentation skills;
  4. Proficient in MS Office;
  5. Knowledge of technical and industry trends;
  6. Good in time management;
  7. Able to work in face paced environment
