Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Source, screen, and shortlist high-quality candidates using various platforms and recruitment tools.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including interviews, feedback coordination, and offer negotiations.
- Provide consultative advice to clients on market trends and talent strategies.
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets (e.g., placements, revenue).
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless delivery of recruitment services.
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring performance targets are met and fostering professional development.
Kualifikasi
Requirements:
- Proven experience in recruitment agency (headhunter), preferably in a 360° consultant role.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team of recruiters, including setting targets and monitoring performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused mindset.
- Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and job boards.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
