Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Developing a good understanding of client's companies, their industry, what they do and their work culture and environment
Advertising vacancies through a wide range of media or social networking
Headhunting, identifying and approaching suitable candidates
Managing interviews and shortlisting candidates
Determines applicants qualifications by interviewing candidates, comparing qualifications to job requirements
Build a good relationship with clients to understand more about the vacant position requirements and responsibilities
Arranging interview between shortlisted candidates and clients

Kualifikasi

Bachelor Degree in any discipline from a reputable Indonesian or overseas university.
Fluency in English.
Minimum 2 years of working experiences in recruitment projects.
Excellent analytical and people skills.
Fast Learner who's result driven with strong project management experiences.
Prior experiences in multinational companies is preferred.
