Deskripsi Pekerjaan
As Recruitment & Branding Officer, you are responsible for:
- Create and analyze PAKO Group' Man Power Planning (MPP) every year
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process which includes:
- Determining the recruitment strategy that will be carried out
- Maintaining good relationship with users in PAKO Group
- Selecting the right source and choose the candidates according to the related qualifications
- Determining the use of Psychological Test Tools and reading its result
- Negotiating with candidates if needed
- Determining the right placement for related candidates
- Monitoring the recruitment administration process (confirming the results of the recruitment process, confirming schedules to candidates and users) and also new employees (personal data, company accounts, BPJS, etc.)
- Analyze recruitment data to determine the next recruitment strategy
Kualifikasi
We need Recruitment & Branding Officer who are:
- Bachelor's degree from Psychology / Industrial Engineering
- Proven experience as a recruiter in manufacturing industry, with minimum 1 year working experience
- Good understanding of data analysis (what, when, and how to analyze it) using excel or spreadsheet
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
- Have a good analysis and logic of thinking
- Eager to learn, have a good attitude and communication skill
- Able to work in teams (strong leadership) and individually
- Placement in Karawang Area
