We're looking for a driven and proactive Recruiter Intern (for a 6 month internship) who is eager to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
In this role, you'll work closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to recruit talents across various functions, seniority levels, and industries while helping build a seamless hiring experience. - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple positions across various functions, seniority levels, and industries.
- Source, screen, and assess candidates through various recruitment channels to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, provide market insights, and drive timely hiring decisions.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience by coordinating interviews and maintaining clear communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain recruitment data, generate hiring reports, and continuously identify opportunities to improve recruitment effectiveness and efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment.
- 0-1 year of experience as a Recruitment Intern, Talent Acquisition Intern, or Headhunter Intern (nice to have)
- Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, or other sourcing platforms
- Experience conducting initial HR interviews or phone screenings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and target-driven environment.
- Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn.
- Able to work collaboratively while taking ownership of assigned recruitment projects.
