Job Responsibilities:
- Account Reconciliation Support: Assist in performing daily reconciliations for Finance Operational Processes to ensure accurate financial reporting and record-keeping.
- Discrepancy Resolution: Support in identifying and investigating discrepancies in reconciliation results and assist the team in implementing corrective actions.
- Reporting Assistance: Help prepare reconciliation status reports and assist with daily, weekly, and monthly closing processes.
- Compliance Support: Assist in ensuring adherence to internal financial policies and support efforts to mitigate risks.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to provide support in resolving reconciliation-related issues.
- Adhoc Tasks: Support the team with other tasks or projects as needed.
- This internship opportunity is tailored for freshers who possess knowledge for reconciliation. This position is for 6 months contract period.
Kualifikasi
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting/financial software is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute in a collaborative development environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills to work effectively within the team.
