Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Greeting guests and making them feel welcome
Giving information and referrals to guests about their visit
Keeping the reception area looking professional and welcoming
Handling incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate person
Help to handling complaint

Kualifikasi

At least High School Graduate (or Fresh Graduate from Hospitality Degree)
Minimum 1 years of working experience as Receptionist (Front liner)
Attention to detail, and have a good communication skill
Fluent in Japanese (verbal and written)
Proficient working using computer, especially Ms. Office (excel, word etc)
Job location in Cikarang Utara (willing to work with shift system)
