This position serves as the first point contact for clients, visitors, and staff providing a welcoming and professional enviroment. This role includes managing the front desk, answering, and directing calls also performing administrative tasks to support the office's daily operations.
- Greet visitors warmly and ensure they are directed to the approriate personnel or departement.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls efficiently.
- Handle inquiries professionally or redirect them to the correct point of contact.
- Maintain accurate records of visitors logs and correspondence.
- Assist with document preparation, filing, and data entry.
- Address client and visitor needs promptly and professionally.
Kualifikasi
Qualifications:
- Diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a receptionist is advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
