This position serves as the first point contact for clients, visitors, and staff providing a welcoming and professional enviroment. This role includes managing the front desk, answering, and directing calls also performing administrative tasks to support the office's daily operations. 

  • Greet visitors warmly and ensure they are directed to the approriate personnel or departement. 
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area. 
  • Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls efficiently. 
  • Handle inquiries professionally or redirect them to the correct point of contact. 
  • Maintain accurate records of visitors logs and correspondence. 
  • Assist with document preparation, filing, and data entry.
  • Address client and visitor needs promptly and professionally.

Kualifikasi

Qualifications: 

  • Diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a receptionist is advantageous. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office. 
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
