Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Lead and manage product development for decorative items.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and create new products.
Conduct market research to identify trends and consumer preferences.
Develop and execute product development plans to meet business objectives.
Oversee the entire product development lifecycle from ideation to launch.
Ensure product quality, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with industry standards.

Kualifikasi

Knowing ODM and OEM industry manufacturing, knowing technology & formulation for decorative product, compounding of product, managing processing of new product & make up decorative.
Auditor for ISO, understanding ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, GMP, CPKB/CPOB knowledge, Halal processing knowledge.
At least 10-15 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position (In cosmetic and skin care industry/manufacturing) Preferable at senior manager position.
