Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsibility for operations in the quality assurance department.
- Build E2E system opertions of QA/QC implementions (Quality Assurance, Quality Improvement, Quality Control).
- Ensuring prerequisite program for producing a good quality product, reducing wastage, and maintenance warehouse sanitation.
- Good inventory practice, zero cross contamination (food safety) and Government regulation.
- Enhance customer expectation and satisfaction.
- Create alignment with vendor about the temperature fleet for each category and time window inbound.
- Create 12 Key Projects with 31 metrics target.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree from any major.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an Quality Excellence Manager from a Logistic E-commerce background.
- Experience leading by influence, and success in being a driver of change in an organization.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams to perform process analysis, improvement and implementation.
- Proficiency in technical project management with customer focus.
