Quality Excellence Frozen Senior Associate

1. Operational Responsibilities (BAU)

• Supervise daily operations in frozen storage, picking, and delivery to ensure product quality and food safety standards are met.
• Ensure process improvements directly support customer value, such as fresher deliveries, faster fulfillment, and reduced stockouts.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and fulfillment teams to maintain effective frozen goods flow.
• Review and ensure compliance with SOPs related to cold storage, picking, and dispatch, and suggest updates when needed.
• Handle operational issues (e.g., product damage, temperature deviations, delivery delays) and escalate to the manager.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and fulfillment teams to ensure smooth frozen goods flow.

2. Process Improvement Support

• Provide feedback on operational challenges and suggest process improvements.
• Support the implementation of efficiency initiatives and accuracy improvements led by management.
• Assist in monitoring the use of operational technology (e.g., temperature-monitoring tools).

3. Team Management

• Train and guide team members on frozen handling best practices, including temperature sensitivity, FIFO, and food safety.
• Track and report team performance to the manager, giving feedback and corrective action when needed.
• Supervise day-to-day frozen operations to ensure smooth handling, storage, picking, and dispatch.

• Provide hands-on training to team members on frozen best practices, including temperature sensitivity, FIFO stock rotation, and food safety compliance.
• Assign daily tasks and supervise execution to ensure operational accuracy and efficiency.
• Set and monitor team performance targets, focusing on product quality and minimizing spoilage or damage.
