Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Plan ,control and improve QA&QC process such as incoming, in process, Final process inspection refer ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004
- Can issue Standard, WI and procedure
- Define the appropriate equipment to inspect the product following the client standard and customer requirement
- Control the NCR master list and follow up the implementation of corrective / preventive actions further customer / supplier complaints and report the status of the corrective / preventive actions plan
- Investigate , analyze root cause of customer complaint and to do corrective/preventive action for solving the problem with production team with production team
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or other technical fields
- Have minimum 4 years experience being a Supervisor - QA or related in Automotive Company
- Have leadership experience in related position
- Experienced in processing test plans, test enginee, or other test documentation into a proper automated testing code.
- Organized with high attention to detail and a strong desire to deliver the highest quality product possible
- Can communicate clearly, timely, and professionally with both technical and non-technical users
- Able to understand the business process and development process
