Scope of Jobs:
- Quality Control Officer main task is to maintain hygiene and cleanliness all of Selling Area, especially Ready-To-Eat food processing counters
- Quality Control Officer do filling all related form /checklist as documentation of hygiene and cleanliness practices control on each Ready-To-Eat food processing counters
- Quality Control Officer reporting issues of hygiene and cleanliness discrepancies which might impact customer safety and health to superior
Responsibility:
- Follow Daily Working Schedule and standard operating procedures which is provided by superior
- Checking Backroom and Selling Area cleanliness
- Checking Product Quality, Price Card, Shelf Life of merchandises (Perishable, Grocery, Delicatessen, Bakery, Baby Food, Pet Food and Battery)
- Maintaining daily stock of chemicals and cleaning tools by fill in Stock Card accurately
- Conduct handwashing, cutting board and knives washing training for food handlers in Foodline
- Ensure Cleaning Time practices were executed as written policy/standard
- Ensure all food handlers following Standard Grooming for Food Handlers of Aeon Indonesia
- Checking practices of Label Date policy in Foodline
- Checking hygiene practices and cleanliness of food processing counters following the standard, at closing time
- Checking and reporting issues of hygiene and cleanliness discrepancies to superior and executing the action plans, if any
- Checking pest infestations progress in covered area and taking corrective action needed under Group Leader supervision
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree from Food Technology
- Preferably min. 3 year experience as Quality Control or similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skill
- Have knowledge about basic Internal Audit, basic Trainer and basic presentation,
- Able to work under pressure and deadline oriented
- Willing to working shift follow operational hour of Mall
- Placement in AEON Mall Sentul
- Preferably domicile in Sentul area.
