Lead team of 20 people consists of QA Leads & QA Staffs
Able to report to Shareholders
Able to communicate effectively
Being responsible to your team & shareholders
Able to work our client internationally (Europe, East Asia).
BONUS, if you have experience on doing quality assurance with project that have Electrical Skills needed.

Kualifikasi

Have 3 - 5 Years of experience.
Speak, Listen and Write english really well.
Responsible person
Willing to live on Surabaya
A great Leader and have great problem solving skills.
Being a great mentor and a team player.
Learn things fast.
