- Lead team of 20 people consists of QA Leads & QA Staffs
- Able to report to Shareholders
- Able to communicate effectively
- Being responsible to your team & shareholders
- Able to work our client internationally (Europe, East Asia).
- BONUS, if you have experience on doing quality assurance with project that have Electrical Skills needed.
Kualifikasi
- Have 3 - 5 Years of experience.
- Speak, Listen and Write english really well.
- Responsible person
- Willing to live on Surabaya
- A great Leader and have great problem solving skills.
- Being a great mentor and a team player.
- Learn things fast.
