Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop quality control procedures and protocols specific to F&B products.
- Conduct regular inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
- Utilize sensory, physical, chemical, and microbiological testing methods to ensure product quality and safety.
- Prepare and maintain documentation required for regulatory compliance.
- Identify areas for improvement in production processes to enhance product quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with production and R&D teams to implement quality improvement initiatives.
- Conduct root cause analysis of quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Evaluate and monitor supplier quality to ensure the consistency and safety of raw materials.
- Conduct supplier audits and assessments to verify compliance with quality standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to address quality issues promptly.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Generate detailed quality reports and present findings to management and stakeholders.
- Use statistical process control (SPC) methods to monitor and control quality during production.
- Train production staff on quality control procedures and food safety standards.
- Develop educational materials and conduct regular training sessions on quality and safety practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, would be preferred.
- Experience with food safety standards and quality control processes.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and quality assurance methodologies.
- Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and conducting various types of tests (e.g., microbiological, chemical).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to work on site in Jakarta Utara
