Conduct manual, automated, and performance testing for systems and applications.
Develop detailed, comprehensive, and structured test plans and test cases.
Participate in System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
Prepare and follow up on defect lists with relevant teams.
Lead daily coordination meetings.

Minimum 2 years as a Quality Assurance Specialist.
Proficient in manual, automated, and performance testing.
Experience with automation tools such as Robot Framework, Katalon, and Selenium.
Knowledge of OS, API services, web, and mobile applications.
Strong skills in test scenario creation, problem-solving, and documentation.
Familiarity with SDLC, CI/CD concepts, and Agile/Scrum environments.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Positive attitude and ability to work on multiple projects (multi-tasking).
Willingness to work outside regular hours if required.
